I've had numerous technical problems with candy crush. I put up with it for a bit, but when I lost money as a result, I thought I'd ask for help and found it difficult to find an easily place to ask. So I started this thread as my only means. If theres a better place, please let me know.
I don't care so much if technical problems happy, but I don't want to lose money as a result of it.
Also, can I have my money back?

Hello @thisisstupid123 this community does not deal with refunds as we have no access to your account.
For a refund of your purchase you will have to contact Player Support.
The best way of doing this is through the Help function of your game.

I emailed candy crush tech help directly, when I didn't get items I paid for. They were very helpful. Hope this helps.
