Candy crush cup problems

I am so upset. I love playing Candy Crush Saga and entered the Candy Crush Cup. I have thoroughly enjoyed it until now. I am one of the finalists and I am 4th in my group😪😪 at the moment with a score of 204920. Since the finalist portion of the competition began my entry qualification was deleted once and I had to qualify again and had lost my points. Since then, right in the middle of a level the game would quit. This happened 3 times. One of the biggest problems with this is that the winning streak is set back to 0 instead of 25 times the points. I really am not sure that I can continue playing this. I am at level 10845 of Candy crush Saga and would have love to have achieved getting to the end but this is too disheartening. I have told people that Candy Crush is my guilty pleasure but this has upset me so much that I may have to quit Candy Crush :(

I qualified as a finalist and the cup didn’t even load for me. I feel your frustration.

I am also a finalist and first place 1 1/2 hour before the end, hope will be OK.

Congratulations on 1st place!!!! I would have really like to have been able to finish in the top 3 but the game crashed and reset my game so often that it was impossible. I really love candy crush but I will not be able to play as often due to my frustration with the game crashing or resetting! Congratulations again.

That is heartbreaking. I believe the support team should give you some reward for becoming a finalist and not being able to play. Just so disheartening.
