Hello @Courtney1990 the full screen issue has been reported and is under investigation
For now all you can do is swipe down from the top of your screen and this will temporarily make the navigation buttons appear.

In addition to swiping down from the top of your screen, you could tap the "chat" button at the bottom of your screenshot, the navigation buttons would then appear and you could press the Home button.
In case you have a fingerprint button, slide your finger down twice for the notifications bar to expand, thus forcing the navigation buttons to appear.
Or you could set an alarm clock to tell you when to stop playing - it should appear on top of everything. 😁
