Well, not really that big of an issue but i made an account just for this. (Btw making an account was kind of complicated and it was hard finding where i could make a post)

it’s not showing the right symbols at the top.

Pretty sure this is a known e-shoe. I've encountered it many times and it seems it appears after game's been left unattended in the background for a while. Upon returning to it and starting a level, objectives and sometimes the whole board seem scrambled as shown in your screenshot.

Regarding registering and posting here - I belieb forum and game accounts are shared, i.e. having a King account to play the game means you can use your credentials to log in here as well. In any case, there's a button for starting a discussion once in the right section. I'd have to agree the website is not very user-friendly though.
