Why can’t I see any of my friends photos and names anymore??

I don't know why this is happening Bonnie, but I too have noticed this.
A lot of people in my friends list used to have photographs as their avatar, but now a lot of them have changed to just displaying the cartoon type of avatar.
@Doondie who is a community member used to display a photograph as their avatar, but in my game their avatar is now a cartoon.

Such a shame... I like my 10-years-old Facebook profile picture. 😃
Joke aside, I'm now playing through my King account. Maybe that's the reason, although it shouldn't really matter, as my in-game pic matches my FB pic. I wonder what cartoon avatar I've got. 🤔
Just in case, I decided to "change" my avatar, although it was displaying correctly in-game for me. Upon doing so, it displayed something I'd seen before but I thought it was a temp bug.
Makes me wonder if I had one in the first place. So I uploaded the one above.
"Nice shot," they said. 😁 I should probably zoom it in a little coz I look too small but who cares anyway.
Hope that will resolve the display issue.
