Have you tried rebooting your app and phone? The game tends to be adaptive with each device and adjusts accordingly.
I have the same issue. Somehow the game went full screen and now I can't see the Contact Us button in the help sections
Would it be possible for a screenshot so we can pass this on for investigation?

Does it let you scroll up so you can see Contact Us? Also, has anything changed in the game itself or does it look normal?
No, I cannot scroll down to see the contact us button. The game looks the same except it now is full screen.
its no longer enjoyable to play .. squatty screen .. time to move on sorry candy crush just lost one player might not mean much considering all that play but sad days you take things off because its windows 10 leave us with no decent play after years of supporting the game :(

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.
