Hi there, there’s a couple things you can try to do. Hi back to level 10,000 and clear it again. You can also try signing out and back into your account within the app. Cheers!

I have not received ether the 11000 nor the 12000 badge. Also, I'm still have trouble with buying items on the Royalty site.

For questions on the Royalty site, please log in to your Royalty account on Royalty.king.com and go to 'Provide feedback' in the side menu. You can then provide feedback from that page and email any other concerns from the bottom of the page.
