I passed the level with no other blocks to clear but it’s showing I still have two to clear.

To pass this level you have to be careful not to eliminate the block-generating Magic Mixers too quickly. Make some blocks generate and then clear them a little at a time, be careful otherwise they could fill the whole board and you won't have enough space to make moves.
