Win 10 PC no extra moves

I play on PC Win 10 all computer updates are current. My tablet gives me extra moves sometimes after exhausting all of the regular allowed moves. Why do I not receive any extras on PC? I am not a newbie as I am on 12850.

Bonus features like that are random and aren’t always available. I personally never get bonus levels !
