Game freezes after passing a level

I saw on your support board that the team is already working on fixing the problem with the app freezing, but it's been days and it's still not resolved. I tried everything, from updates to restarting my phone several times, but still nothing. Whenever I finish level 4595, the screen gets black and it shuts down. Sometimes I see the level being finished up, but nothing happens at the end it stays frozen.

Is there anything we can do? Will it be solved soon?

I have tried to check the level and there is no problem. Try not to click the "tap here to skip" at the bottom when you pass the level or try to clear the cache of your device. Let me know if it works.
