Why has my lives and boosters changed?

Yes, Hi, why am I not receiving lives that my friends send me?

I also no longer have the ad option to gain lives or boosters.

Why has this all changed??

If you can't get more lives from friends, you've probably hit your daily limit. Try checking the last heart on the right in your inbox. As for the ads, they are not always permanent in the game, so you may see them disappear and reappear even after a long time.

Have you changed devices recently? What device are you currently using? Is it properly connected to the Internet? Do you have access to the game store, i.e. can you spend your gold bars? Have you purchased something with real money?

Make sure you are connected to your King account (email address). Gold bars and boosters are usually saved to your account :)
