Hi, I won two pink rounds for one hour on the pick a pumpkin. Went to Incredibly Hard level and never got the pink rounds to use. Now my 1 hour is up and I have had no support wjrh these extra tools. Why?????

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Not all levels allow you to use the pink wheels. In fact, not many levels allow you to use them
