I've got an account now can't see my progress freindships games read messages. I'm having to lose my progress because I joined this thing wish I hadn't made an account

Do you mean the game window size issue when you play on browser that others have been reporting?

Hi no I'm on a mobile. Not computer was having issues with the game and being logged out. Got fed up. And wanted account deleted couldn't access settings preferences but the issue has been sorted out now ๐

Doondie can you help me after having issues that have now been resolved I'm now connected to Facebook to play the game. And i am able to use my profile log in. How do I come back in to comunity with my email and keep this profile. Can you advise please

I'm glad your problem has been resolved.
I don't completely understand what you're trying to achieve. You can link your Facebook profile to a King account but only once. Open the game app, log in with your Facebook account, then log out and choose to create a King account. This should link the accounts.
Alternatively, go here: https://www.king.com/games
If you open it on mobile, choose to see the page in desktop view. Then log in (top right), then settings (top right again), then choose to sync with your Facebook profile.

Hi I'm from London logged into facebook and able to go to profile. But have lost all my gold bars and the 3000 picture. No sweet cinema and lost all my freinds who gave me lifes. Messed up lol

What about your level progress - was it kept?
How were you playing before? Was your progress synced with Facebook or King?
You say you're from London but do you come from another country maybe?

Nah I'm a comon londoner lol. Yeh it's saved my level.. 3509 but lost my 3000 picture. Although I've got Facebook didn't use it to go on candy crush. So then I got curious about king counity and signed up with my email and made this profile.i got the hump because .my games kept freezing and my profile kept getting logged out so I sent and email to king to delete account. But didn't want to lose my progress. So then all of a sudden my old bars disappeared my 3000 thing disappeared. And now instead of being think was 92 gone down to 2. I've done what you said and now have managed to get back off of Facebook and being saved to king. I suppose il have to just carry on now and hopefully get the 4000 picture and gain some freinds ๐

Hmm... Maybe I've forgotten what Londoners sound like. I lived near Stratford for 5 years. Good times. Too bad I can't even return now because of retarded Brexit. ๐
Anywayz... I'm sorry to hear you've lost your gold bars. Hope this won't happen again now that you've created a King account. I also lost my milestone sign - it went from 6000 down to 5000. Strangely, I think it happened after I started the game through Facebook's website.
