I see. So milestone banner is no longer available then I hope that all milestone banner is removed since it's meaningless for us having an old milestone banner. And then I hope that there is a new feature bring to us whereby we can know ourselves level and other players level.

Hey, Lin d'Ark,
Banners no longer work. They aren't received automatically as Kiara keeps repeating while giving people a link to a thread where QueenB announces that this system had been discontinued weeks before that.
This said, no troubleshooting is going to help as long as this system remains disabled. 👍

That's fine @maf34100 everyone has their own opinion. The banner has been available for all players regardless of whether they are members of King Community or not. From the amount of new posts from players just joining KC to enquire about the banners not updating it is obviously something many like. I'm not an expert on the system so don't know if by having banners it uses It capacity in King Community or if it's a different system.
