Every week same NONFRIEND sores to #1 in the contest

I feel like this is on purpose so that I will pay money to play more and try to beat this person every week, who is NOT my friend. It’s the same person SORING to the #1 spot each week and makes it impossible to even get half as many levels passed. Please remove this person or I will stop playing CC. I pay money often to play, it’s literally the one game left that I play. I have quit all other games due to similar tactics and I have no problem quitting Candy Crush. This is not fair for you to do, when every week for months, this same person ranks #1 in the weekly contest. I have tried everything to remove them. I’ve logged out, turned off, logged back in etc. I’ve looked for him in all of my friends accounts, nowhere. I read that CC will purposely add people to your contests but I’m not ok with this. I pay money so I feel I should get the game I pay for.
