Question about king

I have been playing candy crush for almost 9 years. I am now over level 13000. I noticed people asking to fix levels do they actually change levels?

Well 13,000'ed! 🎉

I believe they do change levels but only to make them harder for the average player, thus increasing people's frustration when they have to do the same level 30+ times and still pay for moves and/or boosters. As for fixing something... I don't think this is a priority unless it's a critical bug.
