And welcome to the forum! 🎉 It's a miracle you've even found it after yesterday's so called update. 😒
You should've known better than reinstalling the game. This deletes your boosters and received lives, as they are stored locally on your device. Only gold bars and friends are stored on the server and can therefore be accessed across all devices you're using, provided your progress was synced with your Facebook profile or King account, otherwise everything is lost.
In case you lost items that were purchased with real money, you can ask Support to restore them for you via the in-app "contact us" form or here: https://soporto.king.com.
