All the gold bars in my mother's account have disappeared, but she received a letter that 971 gold bars have not been used yet, and the props have also disappeared. She opened the game link account from email but did not see it. I did not change my mobile phone. What should I do? help me plz

It sounds like your mother's game might not be properly connected. Try disconnecting the game from the Facebook or King account, restart the device, reconnect again and make sure she uses the correct email address, which should be linked to the game.
