Hello. I'm at level 2829. My avatar disappeared. I got a green figure that I don't want!!

I have been on my profile and changed to a yellow bird and got it on October 3rd.

But I don't get the bird in the game. I still have a green figure

PLEASE help me!!

Thanks for reply. When you say I should re -upload my chosen avatar, do you mean I should go into the king account and save the avatar again? In that case I have also done it many times since October 3rd.

Sorry, but that's what i've done ..10000 times. It's not working! When I press the green photo button I don't get a choice of avatar. The green figure is locked so I can't change it

The avatar within your game is not the same as the avatar on these forums. You can change your ingame avatar by going to your profile settings in the app. Cheers

I have tried your advice but none of them helped me to get my new avatar - yellow bird- into the game. If it's not possible to change the avatar, can you - or anyone else- help to delete the green figure I have in the game now. PLEASE!! I hate it!! I'd rather be without an avatar - empty route!
