I have tried your advice but none of them helped me to get my new avatar - yellow bird- into the game. If it's not possible to change the avatar, can you - or anyone else- help to delete the green figure I have in the game now. PLEASE!! I hate it!! I'd rather be without an avatar - empty route!
Hello @to_4_4_st please try uploading your chosen avatar again. This worked for @Doondie who had a similar issue to you.
