How to fix this issue!

The first of all, it is so hard for me to find place to ask a question every time I am here. I not sure this is a place for a question. I have seen this issue in the screen for a while today. Restarting app or iPhone couldn’t resolve it:

Your screenshot shows the game Candy Crush Saga, so I guess you actually wanted to go to another forum. 

Don't worry! I will ask a manager to move your discussion to the correct forum.

On your screenshot, however, I can see no problem. You want to play a level that doesn't allow pre-game boosters. This is normal for some levels and not a mistake.

If you need help, please use the King logo at the top of your browser. There you click on it and can select your game. If you are in the right forum, you can choose something based on the 4 green symbols.

For help, please select Support and ask your question.

Bro if u mean the boosters, some levels are like that. Boosters are not allowed for those levels
