How to beat this level with only 20 moves? On my phone playing something popped up about switching versions then went away real quick so I couldn't read it and it hasn't come back sine. How do I do that?

Level 12832 is very challenging , I use some booster to completed. but I would suggest you give your feedback there, the level designers are keeping an eye on it and I hope they will take your feedback.

It looks like you are playing on the upper tier of levels. These are very hard for a couple of weeks until the developers ease them. So sorry for this!
