Purchases, Daily Prizes and Winnings Not received

Question

Why don’t my boosters I purchased, daily boosters and anything I win are not received! This is an on going issue, they never appear so I can select them to use. I’ve already requested a refund for my recent purchase I never received. It’s to the point where I might just delete this game!

As I mentioned in my original post I already requested a refund, however, there is something wrong with the game, my daily rewards and things I win in the game which are free do not show up, and they don't populate for me to select to use when I am playing.
