1. When did you last use your gold bars?
2. Has anything changed in your circumstances since then - new device or something else (reinstalling game or operating system maybe)?
3. What are you trying to get with them and is there an error message or just no connection with the store?
4. Have you tried a different Internet connection - mobile or wi-fi? Have you checked your phone's data settings to make sure the game isn't cut off?
5. Are you logged into your game account either via King or Facebook profile?

1. Its been a while I have asked before but none helped
2. I did get new phone yes but its only for candy crush that I cant use my coins with other one I can
3. It doesn't connect with stores at all just hangs
4. I have tried both but nothing
5. Currently logged under king, I will tried under Facebook and see

Did the problem occur after getting your new phone?
Double check your data settings, will ya.
Go to Settings -> Mobile data -> Networked apps:
Or go to Settings -> Applications, or long press on the game icon and choose App info, then Data usage and Networked apps at the bottom:
Once that's done, make sure you're logged into your Google account on that phone. Easiest way to do it is by opening the Play Store app.
You can do it from inside the game app. Open settings, press the "?" button, choose any topic and scroll down to the end if it where you'll find a "Contact us" button.
