I don’t have the Advent event in my game. I have shut down my phone and iPad and they have been updated.

Hello @MiladyR if you are referring to the Advent calendar then the answer to your question is yes, it is only available to some players and not everyone.
It even says that this is the case at the bottom of the countdown for the Event.
Just in case you use a translator the white writing says 'Events available from 1st December to 27th February to selected players level 25+'
Strangely, events may vary from device to device, even though it's the same account.
Have you tried logging off, restarting the game, logging back in and doing any (older) level to refresh your events? You gotta restart again afterwards, btw.
I was looking forward to the daily quests to receive the rewards.
I only see the daily announcements but the event itself won't load. I haven't updated my game though because of the new sounds which I don't wanna get.
I bet the whole event is a test feature, just like literally everything else.

Every single time i get the boost it will crash the game in max ten games saying that i encountered a mistake which we are fixing… altought this has been on for MONTHS. ive spend gold and items to boost my levels just because i have this boost just to lose it on your freaking bug… WHEN ARE U GONNA FIX IT
