How can my frame be changed?

My frame has said 7000 forever and I’m well into the 9000’s.

Hello tjec99 your 'frame' can't be changed as King has removed the feature that updates your 'frame'

You will keep any existing banner you have, but the banner no longer updates after you complete a Milestone level.

You can also try signing out and back into your account within the app to see if that helps
