Why can't I see the promotions like Holiday and Advent Calendar?

I am a die-hard Candy Crusher. I have been playing over 8 years and a Sapphire Royalty memeber, as well as over 5000+ levels. I see promotions for Holiday features and other fun, exciting additions, but I cannot get them on my game. I've updated my app, logged out and vack on, and even contacted King for assistance but I get a generic response that not everyone gets the features. Does anyone know why? Has this happened to you? Please let me know. I really enjoy this gane and want to be oncluded on tje "candy crush games"

Yes you're right,and Thank you for the feedback. The features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Is your app connected to the internet? Can you see other people's scores and whatnot? Also, make sure your app is up to date :)

I agree why advertise the Advent Calendar so heavenly then not have it for everyone? Some how you make it possible for everyone to get the offers to buy help, no glitch with that!
