Bank Not Working Properly

When I buy more gold bricks to continue playing a game, it gets stuck and I cannot X out of the app. I have to clear the cache

and reboot the app before it will credit me for the gold bars that I bought. By that time I lost the opportunity to continue playing the game I was playing. This is also happening on Candy Crush Soda.
