    Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    Are you able to also try signing out of your account and back in within the app to see if that helps :)

    I have - Logged out game - Restarted the Device - Opened the game and Logged back in. This did not correct the issue. I downloaded a different game and did not have any issues. I am only having the issue with this game
