About once a day I am asked to accept a new agreement. When this happens, I lose progess on levels, I have lost gold bars, my color bombs and other items don't show in my game, etc. If I reload the game, some of these items come back and others don't. It is incredibly frustrating and after losing gold today and not getting my color bombs I am at the point where I am ready to quit playing. It is just too frustrating when it is hard enough to pass levels without using these add ins. Why is this happening every day?

    Are you referring to this screen? 🤔

    Is it possible you're switching accounts on a daily basis? Do you have an account at all, actually? If you have an account, no resetting will occur, as your progress will be saved.

    It sounds like your app or device is not saving data. Once you accept the terms once, you shouldn’t have to again. Try rebooting your phone!

    Game terms and conditions should not affect your progress. When you first started playing did you create a King Account where you can save your progress? Let us know so we can help you better.
