i was playing level 13039, used 10 coins to add more lives, i had 9 lives left which wouldn’t been enough to finish this level then the screen just froze. I had to go out of the game, therefore not just lost a live but waisted 10 coins as well.
Hello Nicolene79 the game crashing is a constant source of frustration for a lot of people. Unfortunately King's response is to always blame the player's device or internet.
Some times that might be true, but in my experience the game crashes far to often for the issue not to be caused by King's servers.
King will not replace your lost life. They will only replace your gold if you bought it with your own money.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
