⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

Try cookie jam and cookie jam blast. They are fun games, a bit similar to cc. You can play in landscape mode and you get lives faster.

When I logged in this morning, the play area was in portrait mode. A small little game in the middle of my screen, with non game on each side. I played this game because it was fun. It is not fun when it only takes up a third of the screen on my PC. It is hard to see. It is not fun when I cannot see it easily. If you are going to leave the layout portrait instead of landscape, I will find a different game.

I know and understand your frustration! Unfortunately, the Candy King Studio has decided to change the lay-out for all the players on all platforms!! Not sure when (and if) they will change it back😕😕
But, I will surely pass on your feedback to our Candy Community In-charge, so that they can report to the game Studio.

Sorry to say that, I do not have a better answer for you... The Candy Crush game Studio has decided to change the look of the game, and they changed it on all devices & platforms - mobile gadgets, computers - App version and Facebook browser.
Looks like you and some other players have received the change today, where as many others received it couple of months ago! And, some other groups (along with me) have received it in March itself.
Unfortunately, we - as players cannot do anything to change it back😕😕 Hope the Studio listens to all their players bring the full screen!

I stopped playing also and found another game to play on Facebook called "Gem Valley." It plays a lot like Candy Crush but there is an actual journey and you collect resources to move through the journey. And it's kind and the sounds are soft and nice. I haven't hit an "impossible" level yet. you can win 30 min to 150 mins of extra play quite often. It did take me a while to figure it out and lose my Candy Crush mind-set. I'm very happy with it.

There is a long thread in the Support forum about this, at the top there. I suggest you all add your voice there. Anyone new to portrait only mode, you are just the next bunch of players King have picked for this change. I haven't been able to play on my iPad for a few months now. They just want mobile phone players to play this game now, it seems.

It can’t be that hard for King to give us the option to play in landscape! It was there before just bring it back!
