Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

Is there anyone who can explain why my post (the one about the track going straight up) was moved into this one? I made a brand new post back then because it's unrelated to portrait/landscape. It was about the track not bending anymore. Do you really want to ruin this game???

Why only on Candy Crush Saga and not other King games is my full screen not a full screen? I can't see my friends or send and receive lives? This has been happening since 8/9/23.

Why has the screen format changed? I have to keep scrolling up and down to be able to see all aspects of the game (my rewards, how many plays I have left, etc) and the game itself is so small, it's hard to see what squares might still be covered with jelly - well, to these old eyes it's difficult. Not thrilled with this format/portrait screen, at all.
