Yes, just respond to the players! They give those panel discussions to promote their product, why don’t they set one up to answer the complaints? Because they don’t care, they don’t have a good answer, their explanation will be disingenuous, it would reinforce our suspicion that it’s simply a money grab, they don’t want to face so many angry people.
