Candy Crush Saga Facebook Update Issues

Question

I'm having trouble syncing my game on Computer (PC), Iphone and Samsung Tablet. While my level in the game is above 9000, in my picture on the game screen the stamp "seal" appears at level 7000. I have already uninstalled the Candy Crush Saga App from the Iphone and Tablet, reinstalled it but it doesn't update.

Doing this, I lose my lives and prizes, the game level remains the current one and in the photo the "seal" is at 7000. I am afraid of deleting Candy Crush from Facebook on the Computer and then losing all my levels.

I don't know if the problem is in the game update that is not syncing with the Facebook profile.

One note: on my iPhone I use Facebook Lite.

Hi there 😃

I just wanted to confirm, are you referring to the level milestone banner you get on your avatar, like 1000, 2000, 3000, and so forth, or is your game progress not getting synced between your Facebook and mobile device?

Hi Kiara! Unfortunately, I already did this instruction and I couldn't solve the problem. I delete Candy from my Iphone and Tablet but not from the Computer (PC). A question: If I delete Candy Crush from Facebook, when I reinstall it does it go back to my current level or do I lose everything and go back to level 1?
