Why does my game restart all the time?

I can't get a call or do anything else even for 5 seconds without my game restarting. It really annoys me it makes me lose my progress and I lose both my Bonus. I have been suffering from this anomaly for more than two months. Please fix the problem.

It sounds like you're enjoying a problem caused by your operating system, not the game app. Have you checked your phone settings, namely screen lock behaviour? 🤔 Depending on your phone's OS, it could be under Settings - Battery - App Power Saving - Close apps after screen lock. Alternatively, go to a specific app (Settings - Apps, or long press the app icon and choose App info from the submenu), then Battery, then disable Close after screen lock.

Do you maybe have some battery saver? It could be set to kill background apps immediately. Same could apply to some memory optimiser that kills inactive apps ASAP to free up RAM. It's worth checking their settings.
