I am sorry you are having trouble with this level. It is marked insanely hard and there are very few moves. A booster that can really help is the checkmark booster. It can help bring some of the required items into the main part of the board and make it easier to get them. Especially the licorice covered color bombs.
I just replayed it and found that once the center opened and the cb was released, special candies were easier to form (a cb formed on it’s own and I got a 2 cb combo. I actually finished (just 1 star) with 2 moves to spare.
You want to free up those covered cbs at the bottom, wraps are especially helpful, and then use them to help get the remaining icing and cbs you need.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.

Saga
So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
