i had about 300 gold bars and they have all disappeared, where do i go to get them back?

When did you last see your gold bars? Has anything happened since then? Does anyone else play on your account?
What level are you at? Do you have the Candy Royale feature?

It sounds like your mother's game might not be properly connected. Try disconnecting the game from the Facebook or King account, restart the device, reconnect again and make sure she uses the correct email address, which should be linked to the game.
