Game glitch, need comment addressed

Your week 4 holiday announcement made my game crash while I was in the middle of playing level 705. It caused my screen to go completely black while I was watching ads to continue playing the game, forcing me to reopen the game. It caused me to lose my 25+ game win streak, lose a life, and all the game tokens that I put towards beginning of that level were of course lost. I would like this restored to how my game was before I began this level. The delay in this will probably also cause me to lose my 19 game champions race win streak. I’m extremely dissatisfied that this happened, and hope that it will be resolved quickly. Thank you.

Hello, Mister Newbie,

I'm afraid Support will not be helping you in any way with this issue even if you message them (from inside the app or through their website). Crashes do happen, including bugs and black screens that were totally not your fault. Black screens in particular tend to appear after an app update. No idea how they manage to mess things up so often.
