Game unplayable when running Spotify

Hi!

If I have Spotify running, and start Candy Crush (with all sound turned off in the game) it kill the sound from Spotify, making me not being able to play the game. Is there a fix for this?

I play on Android 11, OnePlus 6T running OxygenOS 11.1.2.2

It's a stupid question but have you tried running the game first and then launching Spotify? 🤔

OK, I googled this issue for you coz it sounded rather odd for CC Saga to be causing it. Turns out this is an old Spotify malfunction that's been reported over 2 years ago and, apparently, still hasn't been addressed by the company. The only thing you can do - other than what I suggested first - is switching to another music player that doesn't interrupt the sound. See here for reference:

I experienced this myself and just as Doondie suggested, I usually open the game first and then try Spotify. If that doesn't help, I restart the device and it helps.
