How many points did the people at 4th and 5th place have? When did you last update the ranking by earning points before the timer run out?
It's possible you didn't really qualify. Your device may have shown you did but someone may have overtaken you at the last moment, so according to the server you didn't make it. Anyhow, you gotta ask Support what happened by providing them your user ID. Forum moderators can't help you.

My Winter Cup 2023 also disappeared on Saturday morning. Tried a lot of things but nothing works. Can not get it back. I spent a lot of time and resources to get that far and it just disappears. Should be some compensation for what was invested in it. If you go to support they don’t do anything to help. They just directed me to chat and most asked questions. Not right! They have issues with their game and it cost me!

This is only a guess but I think more changes are coming to the game. The last time this happened to me in the game they started changing level design. I've had this happen to me several times in the last 36 hours on a couple different levels.🤷 Remember this is only my opinion.
