@olyamt@QueenB I asked about not receiving my gold bars a while ago on this forum no one ever answered. I would like to know why some people are not getting their monthly gold bars from the winter cup event. Could you please check on this. Thanks

I haven't received mine yet either. I usually get them on the 1st or 2nd of the month - I thought maybe since Oct 1 was a Sunday, they'd send them on Monday instead, but have logged in a couple times today and they haven't shown up. I'll wait another day or two before I submit a ticket, I guess.

Just an update - I received my monthly gold bars the first time I logged into the app today (Oct 3). Whew!

I agree with you… I came in first both rounds then in finals when I started playing the leader had over 500,000 blue and has consistently went up by 10,000 or more every minute or two. I’m earning 500-1000 and they are getting at least 10,000-50,000 a level! Not fair. I’m also at the end of the game level 15,830 competing against people at beginning levels..
