How to Play!

• Qualifier Stage: Finish in the top 5 of your leaderboard to enter the Quarter Finals.
• Quarter Finals: Finish in the top 3 of your leaderboard to enter the Semi Finals.
• Semi Finals: Finish in the top 3 of your leaderboard to enter the Final Stage.
• Final Stage: Finish 1st in your leaderboard to be a winner of the Tournament and win a year supply of Gold Bars.

Qualifier Round:

• Starts: 26th December 2022, at 3 a.m. EST
• Ends: 29th December 2022, at 3 a.m. EST
• Claim end time: 30th December 2022, at 3 a.m. EST

Quarter Final:

• Starts: 30th December 2022, at 3 a.m. EST
• Ends: 2nd January 2023, at 3 a.m. EST
• Claim end time: 3rd January 2023, at 3 a.m. EST

Semi Final:

• Starts: 3rd January 2023, at 3 a.m. EST
• Ends: 5th January 2023, at 3 a.m. EST
• Claim end time: 6th January 2023, at 3 a.m. EST

Final Round:

• Starts: 6th January 2023,at 3 a.m. EST
• Ends: 9th January 2023, at 3 a.m. EST
• Claim end time: 10th January 2023, at 3 a.m. EST

Rules!

Groups and Objective

Players will be randomly put into groups of 10 for the Qualifier stage. The top 5 players in each group who match the most special candies will win in-game rewards and a place in the next tournament stage.

For the Quarter Final stage, players will be randomly put into groups of 20 players. The top 3 players in each group who match the most special candies will win in-game rewards and a place in the next tournament stage.

For the Semi Final stage, players will be randomly put into groups of 40 players. The top 3 players in each group who match the most special candies will win in-game rewards and a place in the next tournament stage.

For the Final Stage, players will be randomly put into groups of 45 players. The top 1 player per leaderboard will be a winner, be rewarded with a grand prize, and be crowned a Candy Crush Saga® - Winter Cup 2022 Champion. Those who reach the top 10 but do not win, will also receive some in-game rewards.

 

Prize!

For the Final Stage - Each player who places top of their leaderboard will receive a year's worth of Gold Bars and be crowned a Candy Crush Saga® - Winter Cup 2022 Champion. To claim their reward, winners must log into the game monthly between 12 January 2023 09.00am EST and 31 December 06.00pm EST to claim 100 monthly Gold Bars. Unclaimed Gold Bars will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to change the rewards delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Be aware of the following:

Each group must have the requisite number of people. To be assigned to a group, it is important to be punctual. By entering the game as soon as possible once the event has started you will be more likely to be assigned to a group and can start playing earlier.

You can play offline, but your points will not increase until you log in. Once you get online again, any special candies that have been matched while offline will get synced. It is recommended that you play online where possible so that your points can sync in the applicable timeframe per stage. If you go online to update your points outside of the schedule/time frame per stage, they will not count and you may not qualify for the next stage.
