Hello @candygirl67 and welcome to our very friendly community! I just went back and looked at level 531 - you have to clear 5 jellies in the upper left hand corner.

On the main board you have a frog. He is very helpful, once he is fully charged. To charge him up you need to 'hit' him three times by either making a match with him (matching his color) and/or with special candies. The fastest way to charge him is using a color bomb with a candy the same color as your frog. Once he is fully charged you will see he has gotten bigger and there will be a flashing circle on top of him.

Take the fully charged frog (tap on him) and place him in the center square of jelly and he will explode - erasing the 5 jellies you need to complete the level.

The frog can be very helpful, you can use a fully charged frog to help get difficult candies or blockers in hard to reach places. In some levels, you will even have to 'collect' the frog (in other words) charge and use him several times).
