Didn't receive my 45 Gold Bars as game crashed again!
As you know there has been problems with game constantly crashing between levels. I didn't receive my 45 Gold Bars last night as it crashed between levels again! Please give them to me.
I also haven't received my 4000 level banner, no doubt due to the crashes in the game. I am over 200 levels past 4000 and no change. Please update my profile.

We are sorry for your inconvenience. In case you missed Gold bars, you need to contact our player support to get a solution as such issues are not dealt with in our Community.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
On the other hand the milestone banner feature is suspended so the milestone banner will not update.
