Basically I was on the level shown above and it said no more possible switches right after the game has started. as you can see, i still had 25 moves, so i used none. i also lost my 5 streak rewards because of this. please help :(

As per your screenshot it is clear that the level is error due to too many pre-game boosters used at the beginning of the level. You had Streak Rewards enabled which caused this problem but you won't get an error while playing this level without Streak Rewards.
However, we will inform our team about the level and so that in the future this level will not be an error due to Streak Rewards being active.
