So I have contacted candy crush several times about SWEET CINEMA, THIS IS WHAT THEY EMAIL ME,SO IF I COME HERE I STILL DON'T GET ANY HELP, my Question is Why Can't They LEAVE SWEET CINEMA ADS ON, ESPECIALLY FOR PLAYERS WITH LITTLE TO NO BOOSTERS, IT'S LIKE THEY WANT ME TO FAIL AT THIS GAME 😡😥😡

Your screenshot shows the automatic reply that King sends to everyone that emails them

What you have to do to get help is reply to that automatic reply stating your problem again

You have to reply by writing your response above the line that says '##-Please type your reply above this line-#'

It's not about failing,,,they want you to spend money 😒

For me is same. My cinema disappear after I purchased one booster. After that 3 days no more cinema, adds before game, or during the game when I finish my turns. So angry

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉
