On level 248 I collected all cherry’s except one, I have plenty of moves left but the cherry still didn’t fall I had to use gold to buy 5 extra moves FOUR times just because I didn’t want to lose my very significant booster bonus also in turn meant I lost my ‘race’ streak of 9 races won. I had to give up as it must have been a glitch. I have screenshots if helpful… I have contacted support but was hoping if someone who has been in a similar situation would be able to tell me if they received any compensation. Many thanks
