Qualified for semifinals Winter Cup?

I qualified for winter cup semifinal but I cant see final rounds. It seems like the game shows me as not winning semi finals, can you kindly check?

They can't check anything if you don't provide useful information such as your User ID.

Better write to Support either from inside the game or through their website, as there isn't much time. The finals are already underway and I doubt you'll get any help whatsoever - neither before the Cup is over, nor after. Just don't have your hopes up.

The only thing I can suggest is logging out of your account, restarting the game, logging back in, doing any older level to refresh your events, then restarting the game again. If this doesn't work, then I'm afraid there isn't much more you can do but hope you get it tomorrow or whenever you next play.

Edit: Totally forgot to suggest something - open the game on the browser version (through Facebook's website), provided your game account is linked with your Facebook profile. If you qualified and there are still spots left, you can try playing through there. Even if the event is not visible, you gotta do any older level in order to make it show up.
