I need help! My Candy Crush account is not syncing properly. i'm actually at level 3350 or something like that and now on my new phone i'm just at level 965 and in the episode race i'm at level 65!? how can that be ? can you synchronize my account so that i am back to my old level? I honestly said I didn't want to play 2500 levels again. please help me. Best wishes

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
