Cherries not falling yet again!!!!

I have lost so many streaks lately because one of the cherries doesn't fall down. I have used many boosters and gold bars to try and get the last cherry to fall but they don't and I end up wasting them and losing a winning streak because of it. Both of these levels in the pics below had 10 or more moves left for the last cherry to fall and you'll notice that there is still one remaining and I'm at the end of my moves. This has happened so many times to me lately and it's not right. I shouldn't have to waste time, effort, and boosters that I have paid actual money for because your game keeps messing up. I have pics to prove it. Please help me and make this right. 

I have brought this up before in a discussion on here and no one actually did anything to help. I'm at the point to where I'm ready to delete the game and never give you anymore of my money. MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! The least that can be done is for King to compensate me for the wasted gold bars and boosters!!!
